Fifty Stars Title and Escrow LLC, an affiliate of Methodic Group, is owned and operated by Mike Roussis.  Mike graduated with honors from the Georgetown University Law Center and subsequently practiced law as a real estate transactional attorney* with Krooth & Altman (now Miles & Stockbridge) and Greenberg Traurig.  As a lawyer, Mike worked on billions of dollars worth of transactions and gained extensive experience in title and escrow matters.

Following his passion for business which began while an undergraduate at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, Mike pivoted from law to real estate development and investments. Before forming Methodic Group, Mike worked in real estate development for the family office HIP Projects and subsequently Lennar Multifamily Communities (now Quarterra), where he managed the development of approximately 850 Class A apartment homes and 27,000 retail SF with a total capitalization in excess of $400 million.

Mike enjoys using his legal and business knowledge to advance the interests of his clients in the title and escrow industry.
