More specifically, escrow and closing services which we perform include:

maintaining earnest money and other escrow funds in a trust account
acting in compliance with escrow instructions
preparing closing statements
making disbursements after closing
recording closing documentation
handling post-closing matters

If parties to a transaction desire to have any funds held back at the time of closing, we can continue to act as a post-closing escrow agent to disburse funds after all required conditions are satisfied.
