The policies, disclosures, and all other information set forth herein apply to Fifty Stars Title and Escrow LLC and our affiliates, parent companies, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Fifty Stars,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please carefully read the policies, disclosures, and all other information set forth below so that you fully understand same. If you do not fully comprehend any information set forth herein, we encourage you to cease interactions with us and consult counsel.

We do not provide legal services or legal representation, and no client-lawyer relationship exists. All information provided on our website or any other platform is for informational purposes only and is not intended, nor should it be construed, as legal guidance; you should engage and consult a licensed lawyer if you desire legal advice. The transmission of information to us via this website, email, or any other format does not create an attorney-client relationship. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies with respect to the content on this website or any other platform, and we disclaim any warranties, express or implied, regarding such content.

General Information
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth how we collect, use, store, sell, and/or share your personal information when: (1) you access or use our websites, mobile applications, web-based applications, or any other digital platforms associated with the Company (“Sites”); (2) you use our products and/or services (“Services”); (3) you communicate with us in any manner, including by e-mail, in-person, telephone, text message, via social media, or other communication method (“Communications”); (4) we obtain your information from third parties, including without limitation service providers, business partners, and governmental departments and agencies (“Third Parties”); and (5) you conduct business with us. Certain information is not classified as personal information and therefore is outside the scope of this Privacy Policy, including without limitation: (1) information which is publicly available, and (2) information which is in a format that does not allow for association with you.
We have reviewed state privacy laws and have concluded that the Company is exempt from such laws due to one or more of the following exemptions, including without limitation being classified as a financial institution, being subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and/or partially limiting collection and maintenance of data to that which is public information.
This Privacy Policy applies wherever it is posted or referenced (either alone or as part of all the policies and disclosures of the Company). If an affiliate, parent company, and/or subsidiary of the Company has a different privacy practice, such entity may post its own privacy notice. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information which we may obtain from job candidates and/or employees.
If you are a resident of the State of California, please note that we are not required to comply, nor do we comply, with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act and its implementing regulations, given that we do not conduct business in California.
We may change this Privacy Policy at any time with an effective date as set forth herein, so please check this page regularly for any revisions to this Privacy Policy. YOUR USE AND/OR INVOLVEMENT WITH THE SITE, SERVICES, AND/OR COMMUNICATIONS WILL SERVE AS A REPRESENTATION THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND CONSENTED TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME. The Type of Information that We Collect About You

Using the data described above, we may draw inferences about you regarding matters such as your preferences and characteristics.
How We Collect Your Information
There are three means by which we collect your personal information: (1) directly from you, (2) automatically from Sites, Services, and Communications, and (3) from Third Parties.
We obtain your personal information directly from you when you use our Sites and/or Services, conduct business with us, and/or when you engage in Communications with us, including without limitation the following:
- Personal information you provide by filling out forms electronically through our Sites;
- Personal information you provide when you use our Services;
- Personal information you provide when you engage in business dealings with us;

- Property records databases, such as land records, probate, and tax record databases.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for a multitude of commercial purposes, including without limitation to: provide and operate the Sites and Services; engage in business with you; process claims; communicate with you; comply with applicable laws; follow industry standards; assess and improve our business; advertise and market the Sites and Services; personalize your content and experiences; defend our legal rights; complete auditing, reporting, corporate governance, and internal operations; assess the effectiveness of the Sites and Services.
How We Disclose Your Personal Information
We may disclose your personal information to others for a multitude of commercial purposes, including without limitation:

- To protect our rights, including as necessary to respond to claims asserted against us or, comply with legal process, enforce or administer our agreements and terms, as well as for our internal accounting, auditing, compliance, recordkeeping, and legal functions.
Links to Third Party Sites
For your convenience and informational purposes, our Sites may contain links to third-party websites, social media accounts, products, and/or services, including without limitation to title insurers and providers of real-estate-related services. This Privacy Policy only applies to our Sites, and we neither endorse nor accept any responsibility for any third-party websites, social media accounts, products, and/or services.
Opt-Out and “Do-Not-Track” Requests
To the extent possible, we aim to comply with browser “do-not-track” requests and opt-out preference signals (i.e., a signal that is sent by another platform on your behalf that conveys your desire to opt-out of the sharing for targeted ads or sale of your personal information).
If you have enabled a “do-not-track” feature on your website browser, then we do not track you to the extent we are unable to do so because of such feature.
Social Media Integration
Our Sites and/or Services may link to social media platforms. When you visit or communicate with us via social media platforms, both we and such platforms may collect information about you, including without limitation account user names, pictures, and contact information. We are unable to dictate how your information is collected or used by social media platforms, so please read and understand the policies and procedures of such platforms before engaging with them.
Security of Your Personal Information
We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect the unauthorized access, use, and disclosure of your personal information in light of the nature and scale of our operations and applicable law. We are unable to guaranty the protection of your personal information. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, to achieve our business needs, and to satisfy our legal obligations. We may retain personal information for longer than required by law.
Cookies, Tracking, and Analytics
Fifty Stars may use first-party and third-party cookies, pixel tags, plugins, scripts, and other tools to gather device, usage and browsing information when users visit our Sites. For example, when you visit our Sites, we may collect your IP address and other browser and computer information. These technologies allow us to continuously improve our Sites and Services. Below is an overview of the cookies, tracking, and analytics, together with choices which you have regarding same.
Cookies: Cookies are small text files placed on the hard drive of your device to collect and store information about your website usage. We use cookies to recognize your device and collect data about you. Pixel Tags: We may use pixel tags (also known as web beacons, single-pixel GIFs, and clear GIFs) in connection with the Sites, Services, and Communications to, among other things, track the actions of users on the Sites and in response to marketing campaigns. We and our service providers may also use pixel tags in Communications to track responses and activity related to emails. You may alter the settings in your devices to disable these features.
Log Files: Information is collected from the browser of your device and stored in log files, for example, your IP address, operating system version, and browser type.
Third Party Technology and Analytics Tools: We collect and analyze information from your devices using third-party technologies and tools which apply to our Sites and other websites, including without limitation Google Analytics and similar programs. Fifty Stars does not knowingly conduct business outside of the United States of America. Our Sites, Services, and Communications are hosted and offered in the United States of America, and are subject to federal, state, and local laws. If you are accessing the Sites, Services, and/or Communications from outside of the United States of America, please be advised that you may be transferring your information to us in the United States of America, and you consent to that transfer and use of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
By interacting with us, you agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws arising out of or related to your use of the Sites, Services, and Communications. Michael Roussis has been designated as the agent-in-charge for the Company pursuant to his status as a licensed title agent (Florida License No. G234399) and is not acting in the capacity of a licensed attorney.

The Company aims to maintain policies, standards, and procedures that are appropriate based upon the Company’s size, complexity, and nature of activities to satisfy the requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

8. Florida Notice to Purchaser-Mortgagor
Pursuant to Section 627.798, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given to each purchaser-mortgagor that a mortgagee title insurance policy will or may be issued to your mortgage lender, and such policy does not provide title insurance protection to you as the owner of the real estate you are purchasing. Please understand that any such mortgage title insurance policy to be issued to the lender does not provide title insurance protection to you as owner.
